This Refund Policy explains how Above Health handles refunds for services, devices, and subscription-based features. By purchasing from Above Health, you agree to the terms below.



1. Services

All fees for telehealth consultations and clinical services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If you cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.


2. Devices

Devices may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the device is defective or shipped in error.


3. Subscriptions and Digital Services

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the subscription period begins. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.


5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of extenuating circumstances or as required by law. This includes defective devices, billing errors, or service failures attributable to Above Health.
